Attention Elgin State Bank Consumer Online Banking Customers
We wanted to take a moment to remind you of some Online Banking related items, some of which we ask you to take action on:
- • Verify all of your Bill Pay information has converted correctly. Payments that you had scheduled through 12/8/11 will be made by the old vendor. Payments that you had scheduled for 12/9/11 and later were converted. Bill Pay Transaction History will be loaded once the old processor has completed processing payments. We anticipate this activity will be completed around 12/12/11.
- • eBill information did not get converted. You will need to re-establish your eBills. In addition, you may need to make other payment arrangements if you did not schedule the payment prior to the conversion. If you did not receive the eBill, please contact the payee directly for your balance and due date.
- • Account and Bill Pay nicknames were not converted. Please add your nicknames.
- • Re-occurring transfers were not converted. Please add any re-occurring transfers that you may have had established prior to the conversion.
- • Re-enroll in electronic statements. After you do so, you will receive one final paper statement before the paper is turned off. You will only be able to view statements dated 12/5/11 and later. If you need a copy of a previous statement, please contact the bank.
- • Re-establish email and/or text alerts from online banking.
- • Transaction History was not converted. You will be able to view transactions posted to your account beginning 12/5/11 and going forward; but no transactions prior to 12/5/11 will be displayed.
- • You may not see all of the accounts that you were able to view on the old system. This occurred if you were viewing an account that you were not a signer or owner of; or, if you were viewing business accounts in combination with your personal account. Please feel free to contact the bank to discuss your particular situation so that we can provide alternative avenues for access.
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
